Little 5 pound Pablo came from a kill pound. He was found wondering as a stray. We don't know how long he was wandering but he is a little on the thin side and he was found to be heartworm positive. Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua Mix
Manny (formerly know as Butch) was adopted a year and a half ago when he was 8 months old. He then belonged to an elderly lady who couldn't keep him. He was adopted and then returned after his new owner said he was protective of his food and would bite. We have not seen any of this behavior here. The only bad thing Manny does is mooch people food. Manny is as sweet as can be and he is good with people and other dogs. He is housebroken, walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. Jack Russell/Parson Russell Terrier
Hi I'm Sparky. I am about 3 years old and I was pulled by a nice lady from a kill shelter. I would have never made it out of there otherwise. I am a very good boy and I go potty outside, I like other dogs and people. I'm still trying to decide but I think I am leaning toward chasing the cats. I am very happy and content and not active unless I go out to play. I don't bark much at all. I would have been put to sleep though because I am deaf. I am being trained to come with a vibrating collar by Pet Safe. I follow my foster mom from room to room and watch her closely because she is teaching me hand signals. Lab Mix
